Shipping Options

UPS Ground is only available on small items and the Essentials Collection. Small items included in UPS Ground are ConnectME Chair, Hanging Tray, Shelf and Desk, and Removable Guardrail.

If combined with other Brooklyn Collection pieces, small items will be included in your white glove option. Essentials will still ship UPS Ground.

Available in continental U.S.

We partner with a white glove delivery service that will blanket wrap your pieces and deliver them into your desired room. Only available for Brooklyn Collection. Our white glove partner will contact you week of delivery.

If you are a local to the NYC area, our Red Hook crew will deliver in your home. We will contact you to set up your preferred delivery date.

Keep in mind that our production lead time of 8-12 weeks does not include delivery. White Glove products will ship directly from our Brooklyn shop.

White Glove Partner delivers in continental U.S. Local NYC deliveries are handled by Casa Kids crew.

White Glove with Assembly ensures that you don't have to worry about any aspect of your delivery. Our partner will deliver into room and assemble all furniture pieces in desired location.

Keep in mind they will not mount floating pieces or tuck beds, nor anchor dressers into walls. Once the pieces are fully assembled, you will either need to mount the piece yourself or with the help of a handyman. 

When our Casa Kids crew comes to assemble we can mount and anchor pieces to walls.
